- JOYS will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail. Personal delivery service is optional and can be provided at a flat charge of S$ 3.50 only.
Delivery charge will be waived for purchases above S$80. - Privacy & Security

We fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet and will not disclose information about our customers to third parties unless we have your expressed permission to do so – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for purposes of customer research and profiling.
- Returns & Replacements
- Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and therefore we handle each query to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, in the event you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to receive a full refund or exchange, please note the following:
- Items for return must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery and must be in their original condition, unworn & unwashed, with their tags still attached and in their original packaging provided.
- Email us at returns@joys.com.sg with the details and picture of the damaged goods. Please also print a copy of the email and post it together with the item to:

Attention: Joys.com.sg You will receive a call or email from us to confirm that your return has been received and processed. We will then assess your return in exchange for online credit. - Returned items are accepted at the discretion of JOYS and an exchange may be offered rather than a refund for items returned with 7 days of receipt.
- All successfully returned items will be credited to your account and is valid for 14 days from the date of return. Please note we are unable to refund any delivery charges originally incurred.
- JOYS will not be responsible for return postage and any goods lost in transit.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Ordering
- Shopping with Joys.com.sg is a breeze using our shopping cart system. Simply click on the “add to cart” and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you are done with your purchases, click on “Shopping cart” to the summary page. Key in your special instructions, (if any) and delivery instructions. Click “Check out”, followed by the payment and you are done! A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.

a. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A sales contract between us will not be formed until a confirmation by e-mail has been sent by us to acknowledge the goods which you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the sales contract formed. b. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund in the form of online credit. c. Payment
Upon receiving your order, we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. d. Discount Codes
i.Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. ii.Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. . - Tracking Orders
- Click on My Account tab. Click on view my orders to view all your past purchase OR check my order status to track your parcel. Tracking number is only available for local registered & overseas parcels.
- Modify Orders
- Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
